PENDING SALES TAX REFUND CLAIMS

 

All our valued members are requested to send to the Association, by email, at info@phmaonline.com, latest by Saturday 20^th August 2016, Statement of the details of their pending Sales Tax Refund Claims as per enclosed format and also inform the Association, until which month refund payment was last received, to enable us take up the matter with the Federal Finance Minister as he announced in his Budget Speech that ?all pending Sales Tax Refunds Claims against which RPOs were issued till 31^st April, 2016 will be cleared on 31^st August, 2016.?

 

Please send details of Claims separately of cases up to 5 million and above 5 million.
