BLOCKING OF IMPORT OF MACHINERY AND PLANT BY INDUSTRIAL IMPORTERS WHO FAILED TO DECLARE THE MACHINERY / PLANT IN FIRST SALES TAX RETURN.

We are attaching herewith Notice of Honourable Federal Tax Ombudsman Secretariat, Karachi dated 14^th January, 2013 on the subject addressed to Pakistan Apparel Forum from which you will find that the hearing on the subject is fixed on 17-01-2013 at 9:15 a.m. at F.T.O Secretariat, Regional Office, Karachi.

In this regard, all concerned members are requested to submit the relevant supporting documents in the subject matter to Pakistan Apparel Forum immediately so that our Tax Lawyer will take up the matter on Hearing Date 17-01-2013.
