Subject: NOTICE OF 65th ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (AGM) OF PHMA

Dear Members,

The Pakistan Hosiery Manufacturers & Exporters Association (PHMA) is pleased to inform all members that the 65th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Association will be held as follows:

Date: Tuesday, 29th September 2026
Time: 4:00 p.m.
Venue: PHMA Central Office, 37-H, Block-6, P.E.C.H.S., Karachi
Mode: Physical meeting with PHMA Zonal/Regional Offices at Karachi, Lahore, Faisalabad and Sialkot connected virtually through video link/Zoom.

The meeting will consider and transact the agenda, including approval of the Annual Activity Report 2025-2026, Consolidated Audited Accounts for the year ended 30th June 2026, appointment of Auditor, official announcement of the Election Results for the Election Years 2026-2028, performance review, and the proposed Roadmap/Plan of Activities 2026-2027-2028.

Members are requested to kindly participate in the AGM on the date and time mentioned above.
