Subject: REQUEST FOR DETAILS OF NOTICES/PROCEEDINGS REGARDING EXPORT & ZERO-RATED SUPPLIES

 

Dear PHMA Members,

 

PHMA requests all members whose more than 80% of sales comprise exports and/or zero-rated supplies to kindly inform the Association whether they have received any Notice, Show Cause Notice, Audit Observation, or any other departmental proceedings from the concerned LTO/CTO/RTO in relation to the above matter.

 

Members who have received any such Notice, Show Cause Notice, Audit Observation, or other departmental correspondence/proceedings are requested to kindly share a copy with PHMA for review, necessary assessment, and further consideration at the Associationā€™s level.

 

Members are requested to provide the relevant documents by 12th September 2026 at:
