Subject: SUBMISSION OF DETAILS OF PENDING INCOME TAX REFUND CLAIMS

Dear Members,

The Association has been approached by the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) to provide complete and updated details of pending Income Tax refund claims and amounts pertaining to exporters/members for necessary consideration and further action. In this regard, all members having any pending Income Tax refund claims are requested to provide the complete details strictly in accordance with the prescribed format attached herewith. Members are requested to ensure that the information provided is complete, accurate, and duly verified, as the same will be consolidated by the Association and submitted to the FBR for further necessary action.

The duly completed prescribed format may kindly be sent to the Association at tsc@phmaonline.com latest by 12th August 2026, in the interest of the members and to enable the Association to compile and forward the consolidated information to the FBR within the stipulated timeframe.

Members are requested to treat this matter as MOST URGENT and ensure submission of complete and accurate information within the prescribed time. Incomplete or delayed submissions may not be included in the consolidated information being submitted to the FBR.
