Subject: SUBMISSION OF DETAILS OF PENDING SALES TAX REFUND CLAIMS ALONG WITH DEFERRED AMOUNTS

 

Dear Members,

The Association has been approached by the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) to provide complete details of pending Sales Tax Refund Claims along with Deferred Amounts of exporters/members for necessary consideration and further action.

In this regard, all members having pending Sales Tax Refund Claims and/or Deferred Amounts are advised to submit their complete details to the Association strictly as per the attached prescribed format.

Members are requested to send the duly completed details to the Association at tsc@phmaonline.com latest by tomorrow, Thursday , 6th August 2026, in their own interest, to enable the Association to compile and forward the consolidated information to FBR within the stipulated timeframe.

Members are requested to treat this matter as MOST URGENT and ensure timely submission of complete and accurate information.
