Delays in Payments despite Issuance/Approval of E-RPOs against Sales Tax Refund Claims , Problems in submitting Annexure ?H? and delays in issuance of ERPOs   

On the request of PHMA , FBR has schedule a meeting on 1st March 2023 at FBR House Islamabad to address and resolve the ongoing delays cause in sales tax refund claims of textile exporters and other relevant matters .

Therefore, All those members who are facing delays and have not received payments despite issuance/approval of Electronic Refund Payment Orders (E-RPOs) against their Sales Tax Refund are requested to send the details of the claims as per format given below latest by Monday 27th February 2023 by 5.00 p.m. positively to take up the matter with the concerned authorities.
