SUBJECT:         Time Barred Claims

 

Dear Members,

 

Many of our valued members have approached us regarding their time-barred cases of Claims of Drawback of Local Levies & Taxes which lapsed after the deadline of March 31, 2010 as stipulated by State Bank of Pakistan (SBP).

 

Members are requested to submit details of such cases to PHMA at the earliest to enable take-up with Ministry of Textile Industry (MINTEX).
