PENDING SALES TAX REFUND ON SERVICES

 

Pakistan Hosiery Manufacturers & Exporters Association has taken up the matter of Pending Sales Tax on Services Refund Cases of its Member Exporters with FTO for necessary action.

Members are requested to provide their pending Sales Tax Refund on Services to FTO Regional Offices to take legal action and provide justice in accordance with FTO ordinance 2000. (FTO Letter attached for reference).

 

Valued Members are advised to file complaints with the Regional Offices of the FTO with complete documentation.
