PROBLEMS AND ISSUES RELATED TO PROCESSING OF  SALES TAX REFUND CLAIMS &  DETAILS OF PENDING DEFERRED SALES TAX REFUND CLAIMS

 

PHMA has received several complaints from the valued members relating to Processing of Sales Tax Refund Claims

In this regard, all our valued members are advised to send to the Association all the issues and problems they are facing relating to Processing of Sales Tax Refund Claims to enable us to take up the matter with FBR to resolve the same, and furthermore all Members are advised to send details of pending Deferred Sales Tax Refund Claims (as per enclosed format) to the Association at   tsc@phmaonline.com in their own interest for onward submission to FBR.

 

Kindly provide above details on urgent basis.
