SUBJECT: ESTABLISHMENT OF COMPLAINT CELL IN MODEL CUSTOMS COLLECTORATE OF EXPORTS, KARACHI.

We are pleased to inform that Office Order No.42/2020- dated 16th?September, 2020, Model Customs Collectorate of Export, Karachi has established a Complaint Cell with immediate effect for prompt re-dressal of complaints / grievances of the taxpayers and general public (copy of Office Order attached herewith).

As stated in the Office Order, the Cell will be headed by the Collector, MCC (Exports), Karachi and will consist of the following members:

a.??? Mr. Jawed Bilwani?????????? President, Pakistan Apparel Exporters Association

b.??? Mr. Shahid Ismail??????????? Chairman, Cable Manufacturers Association

c.??? Mr. M. Yahya????????????????? Member, Karachi Customs Agent Association

Procedures and function of the Complaint Cell has been given in detail in the attached Office Order.

All our valued members are advised to utilize the Complaint Cell for prompt re-dressal of their grievances / complaints by sending request at email mccexportskarachi@gmail.com with copy to Mr. Jawed Bilwani at chairman@phmaonline.com
