All those members who have not received Refund Payment Order / Rejection Order despite submission of Annex-H against their Sales Tax Refund Claims under FASTER System since July, 2019 are requested to send the?details of the claims as per format given below / attached?latest by Friday, 17^th?July, 2020 at info@phmaonline.com and secretary@phmaonline.com to take up the matter with the FBR in the forthcoming meeting.
