Regional Tax Offices (RTOs) Notices regarding Withholding of Sales Tax u/s 3(7) of Sales Tax Act 1990 for furnishing record, documents and statement for the period July-2014 to June-2019

 

 

PHMA has learnt that Regional Tax Offices (RTOs) have issued Notices to exporters regarding Withholding of Sales Tax u/s 3(7) of Sales Tax Act 1990 for furnishing record, documents and statement for the period July-2014 to June-2019

 

All those members who have received such notices may immediately provide a copy of their Notice along with relevant correspondence for reference of PHMA to take up the matter with RTOs & FBR.

 

Kindly provide copy of Notices to PHMA on urgent basis.
