National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA) has uploaded DRAFT of amended Consumer Service Manual at its website (copy of Draft attached) inviting comments/ suggestions of general public.

Members are requested to provide comments on the same latest by Saturday, 28^th September, 2019, to the Association for onwards submission to NEPRA, accordingly.
