PENDING SALES TAX REFUND CLAIMS & DISCRETIONARY POWERS OF FBR OFFICIALS

 

 

All our valued members are requested to send to the Association by return email the following :

 

1.    Statement of their Details of Pending Sales Tax Refund Claims (as per enclosed format)

 

2.    Grievances regarding discretionary powers of the Inland Revenue Officers under Sections 38A, 38B, 40A, 40B, 176 and 177.

 

Members are advised to send the above urgently on top priority latest by 26^th April, 2017 to enable us take up the matter in the forthcoming Meeting of the Senate Standing Committee on Finance, Revenue, Economic Affairs, Statistics and Privatization will be held on 28^th April, 2017 at Islamabad.
