PROPOSAL FOR FACILITATING OFFICE SPACE IN PHMA NEW YORK OFFICE

 

Dear Members,

 

As directed by Central Chairman, Mr. M. Jawed Bilwani, following is circulated for the information of our valued members who are interested in acquiring Office Cabins on sharing basis in PHMA New York Office - on First come First served basis at minimal cost as per guidelines provided below.

 

 

 

PROPOSAL FOR FACILITATING OFFICE SPACE IN PHMA NEW YORK OFFICE

 

(EXCELLENT OPPORTUNITY TO HAVE AN OFFICE IN GARMENT DISTRICT NEW YORK, USA AT A NOMINAL COST)

 

We plan to accommodate to our members office space in PHMA New York Office which will be allocated on “first-come-first-served” basis subject to approval.

 

Important: Number of Office Space available is three for Northern Zone members and three for Southern Zone members.

 

Please note that the cost which we have worked out per Cabin is highly subsidized since each Cabin is approx 100 sqft gross area which also includes the common office area, reception, showroom, washroom etc. The rental cost that we have worked out for each Cabin will be as follows:

 

a)   Subsidized cost for each Cabin, payable to PHMA will be US $1550 per month

 

b)   An additional $ 300 per month will be charged for miscellaneous expenses, applicable taxes etc.

 

c)    Director (Admin) and a common Receptionist cum Telephone Operator will be provided by PHMA for smooth running of the office and separate telephone extensions will be provided to each Cabin, the salary and expenses of which will be shared amongst the Cabin holders after approval.

 

d)   These Cabins will be under PHMA Insurance Cover because the Insurance Policy of the premises is in the name of PHMA.

 

e)   Members occupying the Cabins will be facilitated with listing of their company names of individual offices of members outside the entrance door of PHMA Office and also in the touch screen monitor fixed at ground floor and will be published in the directory after completing certain formalities.

 

f)    With regards to incorporation of member firm’s name in U.S.A., we have arranged with a Corporate Lawyer and he will prepare the document of each individual firm and complete all formalities for getting the firm registered, for which the firm will be required to bear cost of US$700 to US$800.

 

g) With regards to the L1 Visa formalities, PHMA will assist you to hire a lawyer to   acquire L1 Visa.

 

h)  PHMA will provide a showroom area for displaying the samples of the Cabin holders on hangers.

 

i)   PHMA will provide a meeting room in the corner of the office to the cabin holders right next to the Reception area.

 

j) Agreement of Office Space will be made for 11 months up to December, 2013. General conditions of the agreement will be as per U.S. Laws.

Members finding this offer interesting and for accelerating their business in U.S.A. may apply along with Letter of Intent (LOI) and Pay Order equivalent to US $1550/- and after acceptance, offer letter will be issued for execution of certain formalities .
